Description
Gorgeous example of one of Barnes' best productions, and apparently his largest. The map is vividly hand colored by townships, and shows towns, railroads, canals, distances, post offices and other details, in remarkable fashion. A nice example of this two sheet pocket map, which has been joined at the time of binding. A few minor fold breaks, but overall excellent condition. Folds into green 12mo cloth covers, with gilt title, which are in equally nice condition.
