Description

Heaviliy annotated promotional map and guide for Albert Z. Taft's H.K. Vicroy's Mountain View Tract, which was offered in 1919 and offered for sale in October 1920.

The map describes the tract as follows:

CONTAINS THIRTY-SEVEN DEEP LOTS ranging from 150 to 200 feet in depth, fronting on a handsome boulevard and two public streets all graded, paved and improved with sewer, cement sidewalks, curbs and gutters. Ornamental lights and ornamental palms in spacious parkings. Hobart Blvd., running through tract, is 80 feet in width. The property slopes gently to the south, thus insuring perfect drainage from the winter rains. It commands an unobstructed view of the mountains and the ocean, which on a clear day can easily be seen. Nearby foothills shelter this tract from the winter winds, making it the choicest homesite in Hollywood.
