All The World's A Song

In 1983, a year that also witnessed the inception of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation, the audacious and whimsical Rock and Roll Map of the World sprung to life from the artistic hands of Justin Carroll.

More than just a map , while the contours of countries remain familiar, their nomenclature takes a delightful detour (interlude?). Dive into a world where you might find yourself in the U-2nited States or embarking on a journey to Queenland. Perhaps you'd fancy a visit to Sydney Vicious or want to tour the Venezwailers or the Congo-gos. Iggy Papua and Sheena Easter Island await the adventurous traveler. And if terrestrial travels tire you, look up! The celestial sphere boasts the likes of Bill Halley and the Comets, the intriguing Moonudo, and the soaring Jefferson Guitarship, all waiting to serenade the stars.

The band choices span numerous contemporary music genres, including classic rock, disco, punk, R&B, New Wave, Funk, etc.  The map has the makings of a good drinking game.   Some of the more obvious names include:
