Fascinating 4-page newspaper promotional, promoting Gold Gulch, in the Dos Cabezas mountains of Cochise County, Arizona, published by J.F. Morrissey of Fort Worth, Texas.

Morrissey's Gold Gulch project seems to have had a short burst of activity, with a note in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and The Austin American on November 25, 1931 and notes in the Arizona Republic (October 2, 1932) and El Paso Herald Post (November 5, 1932).

The first two announce the company charter.  The second two suggest an offloading of equipment for officials of the company called "one of the largest and most complete plants ever built in Arizona" for placer mining. After November, the venture seems to have evaporated.
