Description
Highly detailed town plan of Florence, before the Risanamento, showing streets, buildings, rivers, parks, public squares, churches, bridges, gardens, and a host of other details. The Mercato Vecchio, with the Ghetto to its north, is still in existence before it became Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II and eventually Piazza della Repubblica.
Profiles of 16 buildings, bridges, etc. along the bottom. A nice example of this scarce plan.
