Very rare antique cadastral map of Minneapolis and its western suburbs produced to promote "Jacob Barge's Medicine Lake Park and H.A. Turner's Home Addition to St. Louis Park."

This is a variant based on a somewhat more common map but still very rare "Plat of Minneapolis and St. Louis Park Compliments of Minneapolis Land & Investment Co. Offices 7-8-9 & 10 Lumber Exchange."

The map extends from Minneapolis in the east to Lake Minnetonka in the west.

Folding map, minor staining. Manuscript in red ink highlighting the property of Isaac Bernheimer and a few other landowners.
