Rare early map / view of Paris, engraved by Gerard Jollain in about 1670.

The map is ringed by the Kings of France, dating back to Pharamond (c. 365 – 430), the legendary early king of the Franks, first referred to in the anonymous 8th-century Carolingian text Liber Historiae Francorum.

The plan very similar to Pierre Bertrant's rare plan of Paris, first published in about 1650. The plan, which similar to Bertrant, includes different coats of arms and is an entirely different plate.
