If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Highly detailed large format map of the Harbin and Vladivostok areas, with a large inset map of Sanghalien Island.

The map is dated year of Meiji era 38th and locates roads, railroads and other features.

Condition Description

Antique large-scale 19th-century French atlas map showing the Tobolsk Province in central Russia centered on the city of Yekaterinburg. Tobolsk is a moderately sized settlement east of the Ural Mountains and served as the historical capital for the vast region of Siberia. The city was only founded in 1590 during the period of Russian eastward expansion, but for most of its early history, it was most notable as a prisoner of war camp. This map first appeared in Vandermaelen's Atlas universelle de geographie physique.
