Description

Fine large format map of the World, drawn by Toronto Artist Stanley Turner, one of the best known WWII map illustrators, for the C.C. Peterson Advertising Agency.

The present map was utilized as a promotional work, with the advertiser (in this case an Automotive parts dealer in Cleveland, Ohio), adding its details at the bottom of the map.

Turner's world map went through nearly 30 editions and was changed every few months.
