Description
Rare first edition of this fine map and pamphlet, promoting the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company and its routes west from Chicago to Denver, Cheyenne, Sheridan and Buffalo, Wyoming.
Includes a highly detailed map of the region serviced by the Railroad, including and explaination of the township and range system. An inset at the right of the map provides a more detailed depiction of the route north to Deadwood.
The pamphlet is scarce on the market. OCLC locates only 4 examples.
