Description
Rare (unrecorded?) map of the Iberian Peninsula and the Baleric Islands, by Jean-Baptiste Crepy.
Decorative and highly detailed map, which includes an elaborate cartouche, surmounted by 14 coats of arms.
While we were able to locate later maps of a similar title by Nolin and Mondhare, we have not located any examples of Crepy's map, which many in fact pre-date even the maps of JB Nolin with the similar title.
