Description

Detailed early map of San Diego with a large inset map of La Jolla and full size map of the County on the Verso.

The map highlights the locations of the 14 branch offices of the Bank of Italy, which had apparently not yet changed its name to the Bank of America (1922). The map shows Rockwell Field US Army Aviation, the Naval Fuel Depot on Coronado, Balast Point Light House, a fully sudivided Mission Beach (1915), and the bridge across the Mission Bay Channel, connecting Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach.
