Scarce map of the Iberian Peninsula, published by Jeremias Wolff in Augsburg.
The title references the work of Rodrigo Méndez Silva (1606–1670) a Spanish historian, genealogist, geographer and writer.
The map would later be re-issued with the imprint of Conrad Lotter.
Interestingly, the map was engraved by Matthaus Seutter during his early years as an apprentice to Wolff, prior to his establishing his own publishing house and print shop
