This example is of the Binghamton-Elmira section, which calls for plates 10, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, and 30
Similar road atlases were published by National Publishing Company for New York, Massachusetts, Vermont and Connecticut in 1897.

The New York sectional atlases seem to be extremely rare.
