This promotional was produced by R. Franklin Smith, and there are several photographically reproduced letters of endorsement of him on the verso.
The promotional follows the get-rich-quick pitch of much of this material from that time: "$300 WOULD BRING YOU $10,000.00" etc. "Wildcat Wells Have Paid For Bigger Profits Than These in Many, Many Instances!"
