Last year we shipped over 4,500 antique maps to more than 50 countries. Maps are shipped Monday through Friday year-round. If an order is received before 2 PM PST, we will ship the order that day. If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Shipping rates are provided as part of the checkout process.

Description

Large and highly detailed plan of the northern part of Manhattan, etc, extending from 62nd St. in Manhattan to the Bronx and Westchester. Several neighborhoods, including Wakefield, Olinville, Bronxdale, and Baychester were still part of Westchester before becoming part of the Bronx when it became a borough of the city.

Fordham University appears as St. Johns College. Bloomingdale Asylum, the future site of Columbia University, and Lake & Watts Orphan House, the future site of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, appear on the map.
