The bibliographic history of this pamphlet suggests that it was published in 1868 and 1869 in Jacksonville, with a slightly different title and perhaps different text. The 1868 edition gives the author as L.F. Dewey & Co. The 1869 edition lists the author as John Sullivan Adams.
