Wonderful bird's-eye view of Amsterdam prepared by the famous mid-century mapmaker Hermann Bollmann.
The view focuses on the city center with all of the buildings in the covered area rendered pictorially, taking influence from the Turgot map of Paris.
Many of Amsterdam's famous churches, canals, and railroad station are shown. Some businesses that paid for advertising on the map are also named.
