Rare 1950 Second Edition of the Lindgren Death Valley Map.
The second edition of this marvelous map of Death Valley. "Drawn In Broken English by Jolly Lindgren," this comic pictorial map is full of puns and comic vignettes related to Death Valley. The second edition is completely revised and is a more focused view of Death Valley than the 1948 first edition. The color scheme is also changed.
The Lindgren Brothers issued a number of other silly whimsical maps of national parks and other parts of the West.
