Beautiful chromolithographed certificate commemorating the access of William Edward Phillmore to the Canadian Order of Foresters in 1902.

The certificate features impressive and nuanced color printing in a quasi-Art Nouveau style. At the center is a globe featuring the Dominion of Canada. Elsewhere is a beaver, elk, flags of Britain and the Dominion of Canada, and a coat of arms.

This example includes the gold foil seal.
