Interesting "Fighter Grid Map" of the the northern part of Luzon Island, published by the United States Army, 960th Engineer Mobile Reproduction Train.

First printed in December 1943, the map is extensively annotated at the left, beginning with an entry in January 1945 at Fort Ord, California, then shipping out from San Francisco on the USS Santa Cruz to Hilo Hawaii, the Marshall Islands, Guadalcanal, New Georgia, New Guinea and Leyte.  The ship landed in Manila in March 1945. The notes show that the owner was deployed in the Philippines until about May, 1946, before flying home to California.

The body of the map includes further notes and dates.

The verso bears the signature of Joe C. Masters, 595th S.A.W. Brigade, APO 916, with a separate address of Joe C. Masters, Box 335, Hagerman, New Mexico.

The 960th Engineer Aviation Topographic Company provided support for the V (Fifth) Bomber Command, which was assigned to the Fifth Air Force during World War II. The company was assigned duty in Australia, New Guinea, the Philippines, and later Japan.
