Detailed map of Washington DC, prepared by the Evening Star as a commorative Souvenir of the Inauguration of President Benjamin Harrison on March 4, 1889.

The map illustrates the City and inaugural route, along with Heredic, Horse-Car and Steam Car Routes.

The map is quite scarce. We located no other copies offered for sale in dealer catalogues or at auction. This is the second example we have offered for sale in more than 20 years.
