On the verso is the stamp of H.G. Chase Real Estate, 1012 State Street, Santa Barbara, Cal. Established in 1903, as of 1913, Chase was operating from 730 State Street and already selling properties in Hope Ranch. The firm was already operating from 1012 Chase Street by 1920.
