Rare separately issued map of Scandinavia and the Baltic Regions, published by Nicolas Langlois.
Nicolas Langlois was the son of François Langlois, a painter, publisher-print seller, and bookseller, who lived on rue Saint-Jacques "Aux Colonnes d'Hercules." Langlois is primarily known as a distributor of the maps of other French mapmakers, including Tassin, Sanson and Duval, as well as other European mapmakers, such as Visscher and Coronelli. He published very few maps, most of which are quite rare.
Not in Pastereau or Nordenskiold.
