Description
Rare promotional tract and map for a turn of the century sub-division near White Bluff, Tennessee, which was to be known as "Cluster Springs."
It seems that the area was never actually developed and there is currently a farm outside of White Bluff which is called Cluster Springs, based upon a plat map found by the owner dated 1905 for the area which is now the farm.
