Fantastic promotional broadsheet pamphlet for the City of Commerce, including some fantastic decorative graphics, a birdseye view and several maps.
We located only a single promotional reference to "Union Pacific Second Manor," and advertisement taken out by Filcher & Cox in the Torrence Herald, December 1, 1922.
The map is credited to Willis Owen, Railroad Industrial Counselor, 707-A Van Nuys Bldg (Los Angeles).
