The map shows streets, subdivisions, parks, the University of Oregon, train and trolley lines and a host of other details. The Race Track and University of Oregon Field are shown.
The Oregon Electric Railway, connecting Eugene and Portland is shown, as are several other Trolley lines around the City. The College Crest, Willowdale, Alta Vista, Rosedale, Prospect Park Tract and Garden Tract are not yet built, which helped with the dating of the map
