Large Format World Atlas

Nice example of Carl Ferdinand Weiland's large format world atlas, with maps from the years 1827 to 1833.

The atlas includes including 2 double hemisphere world maps 39 European maps, 7 African maps, 6 Asian maps, 5 American maps and 1 map of Australia and Oceana.  

Weiland draws upon the most recent explorations and maps, with the regional maps of North America, South America, the United States, Africa and Asia all being quite exceptional.  A complete list of maps is below:
