Rare Florence published map of Mexico, including Texas and Upper California, along with Central America and the Gulf Coast. The map names Texas and shows a number of early interesting features in Teas and throughout California and the Southwest. The California Missions are all named. The mythical second Salt Lake still appears. A number of areas are labled Paese Incognito (unknown country). Many settlements shown throughout the Southwest. An excellent opportunity to acquire a rare early 19th regional map of Texas, Mexico and Upper California, immediately prior to independence from Spain.
