Last year we shipped over 4,500 antique maps to more than 50 countries. Maps are shipped Monday through Friday year-round. If an order is received before 2 PM PST, we will ship the order that day. If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Shipping rates are provided as part of the checkout process.

Scarce map of Southern California, published by Britton & Rey.

The map shows San Diego, Point Loma, False Bay, & the San Diego River. Depicts San Juan & Capistrano, San Mateo Creek, Oceanside, Escondido, San Jacinto, the San Gorgonio Mountains, Temecula & many rivers & creeks.

In top right is an inset chart titled "Section through San Onofre & Santa Margarita Mountains & Santa Rosa Plateau", & at the base of the survey is an inset titled "Section Through San Diego Co. From Point Loma East to the Desert."

The survey was prepared for the 11th Report (First Biennial) of the State Mineralogist, William Irelan. Jr. by H. W. Fairbanks. B.S.

La Parte Occidentale Dell'Antico, E Nuovo Messico Con Florida E La Bassa Luigiana Delineata sulle ultime Osservazioni, printed in Rome at the Calcografia Camerale in 1798 by Giovanni Maria Cassini, is a striking example of Cassini's work, detailing California, Arizona, New Mexico, parts of Texas, Baja California, and Mexico. This 18th-century map, possibly the sole instance from that era to feature a decorative cartouche and vignette, offers an intricate view of the region's geography, extending from the Rio Grande to the Colorado River, and the Gila River.
