The 1841 Tower of London fire was a catastrophic event that damaged much of the historic building. The fire started in a storehouse next to the Tower, and quickly spread to the main structure, causing significant damage to the iconic White Tower and other buildings within the complex. Despite the efforts of firefighters and soldiers, the fire raged for several hours before it was finally brought under control. In the end, the fire resulted in significant damage to the Tower, but thankfully no loss of life.
