Scarce folding map of the Mexican state of Campeche, one of three states comprising the Yucatan peninsula. A very detailed map, which shows all towns and villages, Isla del Carmen, Bay of Campeche on the Gulf coast, and several towns and sites in the bordering states of Yucatan and Quintana Roo.
Published by the Secretaría de Agricultura y Fomento of the Mexican government. Map signed "Zincografía de la Dirección de Geog. Met. é Hidr. 1937."
Condition Description
Folding color map. In original printed card folder. Map dated 1937, cover dated 1940. Some moderate soiling and old staining (mostly to covers). Else quite nice.
