Last year we shipped over 4,500 antique maps to more than 50 countries. Maps are shipped Monday through Friday year-round. If an order is received before 2 PM PST, we will ship the order that day. If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Shipping rates are provided as part of the checkout process.

Presented by Southern Pacific Railroad Company and published by San Francisco News Publishing Co. and All Booksellers and compiled by Meyernick.

Map of Santa Cruz on front cover, Monterey on back cover.

Includes description of town and history, as well as climate, wildlife, and places of interest. Advertisements in the back for Southern Pacific Railroad routes and special engagements. Mentions Pebble Beach long before the golf course was built.

Rarity

The pamphlet is very rare. We note only 2 examples at auction listed by AMPR (Holabird 2014 and American Art Association 1929).

OCLC lists 1 example (Los Angeles Public Library). We note also an example at the Library of Congress.

Condition Description

Printed covers (soiled), plus 51 pages plus advertisements.
