The northern coast of North America is incomplete, and northeastern Canada appears to be contiguous with the coast of Greenland, which is also given the name "Ericia", likely after Erik the Red.
The map shows the "Isole Della Nuova Siberia o Terra di Liakhow" as a coastline off of the northern reaches of Siberia. This is a highly unusual mythical land to show up on a 19th-century world map such as this.
