If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Logging Old Growth Redwoods in Mendocino County

Interesting map of a portion of Mendocino County, published by the Albion Lumber Company, showing the timber holdings of the Albion Lumber Company.

The map notes various logging roads, existing, proposed and under construction as well as showing two different classifications of timber rights owned by the Albion Lumber Company in the southern part of Mendocino County.

The map shows the area centered between the Navarro River and Albion River, with town of Navarro.

The Albion Lumber Company was active from at least the 1890s to the 1940s in Mendocino County.

Rarity

While we note a number of photos of the Company's logging activities, we were unable to locate any contemporary maps.
