Interesting hand drawn map of Massachusetts, drawn in the hand of a school child.

We dated the map to 1812 to 1830 based upon the county configurations and the period in time when the vast majority of these maps were created.

We would assume the the map is in the hand of a male student, as the handwriting lacks the precision typically attributable to school girl maps of this period.

Condition Description
Evidence of old folds, with some loss. Minor soiling.
