Description
Wonderful bird's-eye view map of Florida issued in 1926 for the Louisville and Nashville Railroad to promote travel to and through the area.
The map shows the state as if seen from space roughly above the Florida keys. Rail lines and other forms of transportation are the main focus of the map, but the artistic treatment of Florida's landscape is quite pleasing as well.
The map is scarce, this being the first time we have had it.
Condition Description
Centerfold illustration for a double-fold pamphlet. Slightly rusty holes where previously stapled. Minor wear at folds.
