Shows lots, streets, lot numbers, sizes, etc., bounded by Orovinlle and La Porte Road on the south and Long Bar Road in the north and comprising Buena Vista Avenue, Hawthorne Avenue, Acacia Avenue, Summit Avenue, Hilton Avenue and Magnolia Avenue. Nice promotional tract on the verso, plus a smaller inset map showing Oroville and Thermolito and the bridge across the Feather River. Gorgeous birdseye view on verso.
