Scarce promotional map of the California State Fair Grounds, prepared for the 1940 California State Fair.
Centered on the horse racing track, the map identifies 79 different buildings and points of interest, with lively pictorial vignettes and colorful characters throughout.
Rarity
The map is apparently very rare. We note only the example in the California State Library Archives.
Condition Description
Minor loss along folds and minor abrasions, most notably on verso.
