The map title translates as "Cuzco (Ccozcco) First Capital of the Tahuantin-Suyu Empire (Upper and Lower Peru)".
Charles Wiener, was an Austrian-French scientist-explorer, who is best known as the explorer who traveled extensively in Peru, climbed the Illimani and came close to re-discovering Machu Picchu.
