Interesting early San Diego pamphlet, focusing on the new developments in the coastal North County - San Dieguito area.
The pamphlet devotes extensive descriptions to San Dieguito, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Cardiff by the Sea, and Del Mar. The value of land, development of business, and growth of population are all detailed. Numerous early photos illustrate this part of San Deigo County.
This map refers to the newly-built Lake Hodges dam and references a less than two-year-old Solana Beach, thus placing the pamphlet comfortably in the first half of the 1920s.
