If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Description

Fine large manuscript map of Wahlsberg By in Södermanland, with credits to three names, Jacob Sipton, J:A:B: and And. Bergendahl (the latter two names possibly being the same person).

Jacob Sipton was a Swedish surveyor active in the first quarter of the 18th Century. We note that he assisted Philip Schulz in the creation of a manuscript map of Åland.

The map is quite finely executed, employing a blank paste down cartouche upon which the title has been written.
