Early promotional tract map and broadsheet, promoting the Wilshire Heights section of Beverly Hills.

The map was produced by Cline-Smith-English Corporation and provides a layout of the streets and lots over contour lines, a relatively unique presentation for a promotional tract map of the period.

The land lies between Country Club Drive, Beverly Drive and Pico Boulevard.
