Rare sea chart of the Baltic Sea, published by Johannes Van Keulen and Sons in Amsterdam.

The map captures the entirety of the Baltic, from Copenhagen and Rostock in the southwest to Finland and St. Petersburg in the northeeast, centered on Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Includes extensive soundings, rhumblines, anchorages and other details.

The chart is very rare.  We find no separately issued examples offered in RBH or AMPR going back more than 40 years and only three references to examples in Dutch Composite atlases.

Condition Description
Four sheets joined as one. Several repaired tears and minor areas of restoration.
