Description
Fine large map of the San Bernardino Mountains and the Inland Empire, published by the Southern California Automobile Association.
An early owner has highlighted in green a hiking trail to Dollar Lake and circled the area around Plumber Meadows and Dollar Lake Camp, with pencil notes near the San Gorgonio Lounge and Big Pine Pub. CP, with a note locating a grocery store. A second note in red circles a section of the Santa Ana River east of Seven Oaks and North of Jenks Lake. While we rarely offer personal notes, Barry grew up hiking the Dollar Lake Trail with his father and siblings beginning in the late 1960s.
On the verso is a map of the Crestline and Lake Arrowhead area.
