The sheet is comprised of several maps: Europe, the Americas, Japan, India, African and the Middle East, the Soviet Union and Scandinavia, and East Asia.
Koeberg Nuclear Power Station is still the only nuclear power plant in Africa. During the time this map was made the Apartheid regime was pursuing a nuclear weapons program.
The map was issued as a supplement to Nuclear News. It seems that the map was likely issued annually in September, as we note editions published between 1983 and 1991.
