If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Description

Interesting photographic poster of satellite imagery of Los Angeles, taken by NASA in May of 1991.

The image encompasses Los Angeles with part of the San Fernando Valley, out to San Bernardino County, Orange County, and with Catalina at the bottom.

The map comes from a series of posters that were apparently prepared by Kodak for internal use to demonstrate how their technology could be used with the budding field of satellite imagery.
