Description
Interesting photographic poster of satellite imagery of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, and Israel, taken by NASA in June of 1991.
The image looks northwest over the Red Sea toward the Sinai Peninsula. Medina would be just off of the bottom of the image.
The map comes from a series of posters that were apparently prepared by Kodak for internal use to demonstrate how their technology could be used with the budding field of satellite imagery.
