Scarce map of the Atlantic, illustrating the part of the Triangle Trade route between Europe, Africa and America.

The map is centered on the Azores and reaches from Labrador and Newfoundland eastward to western Europe and West Africa. 

The map highlights the Trans-Atlantic trade routes, including the galleon route from Cartagena and Havana, and the route from England to the West Indies, among others, are noted.

Includes portraits of two British Admirals, Robert Blake and Edward Vernon. The portrait draws a comparison between Vernon, who had recent success during the War of Jenkins Ear, and Blake, who is regarded as the chief founder of Britain's naval supremacy.
