Scarce large English Map, tracking Captain W.E. Parry's explorations between 1821 and 1823. Includes Parry's Tracks across Fox Channel and his explorations along the coast of Melville Peninsula, Repulse Bay and Duke of York Bay, including tracks of ships, tracks of boats, walking and sled parties, Land seen by the expedition, land based upon other authorities, and return tracks. The best obtainable map of the region to cover Parry's travels. Narrow margins, with minor tears and splits, but overall, a nice example of this map, which rarely appears on the market.
